We just got an email yesterday that seemed oh so timely. If you are a local Seattleite you will most likely know that the Seattle city council has passed a fee of 20 cents per bag for paper or plastic at the grocery store. I think this is a great idea as i think most people do need financial incentives to get them to change an everday habit. Some say it is a nanny state but I say poo to that.
